OSHA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with a curated artisan shopping experience. OSHA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranties, and limitations of liability. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or state of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share, transfer, or assign your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All items sold on OSHA are handmade, artisanal, and unique. Each piece is carefully crafted, and slight variations in color, pattern, bead arrangement, fabric, or stitching may occur. These small differences are normal and make each item one-of-a-kind. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the charm of handmade items.
While we strive to represent products accurately, colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen. We reserve the right to discontinue products or make minor updates to descriptions at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. OSHA reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. Please review your order carefully before submission, as cancellations may not be accommodated once an order is accepted.
Orders are for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in the currency indicated and may include or exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees as specified at checkout. Prices may change without notice.
We accept payments securely via Shopify. By submitting payment information, you confirm it is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only. Once an order is shipped, title and risk of loss pass to you. Shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs, or other events beyond our control.
We take care to package each item securely and ship via reputable carriers with tracking. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately to help initiate a claim with the carrier.
As all items are handmade, please allow extra processing time during busy periods. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all OSHA pieces are handcrafted, delicate, and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Small variations in color, bead placement, stitching, or fabric are natural in handmade work and are not considered defects.
For personalized or custom pieces, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at intrecci.osha@gmail.com, with photos of the issue. We will be happy to find a fair solution.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to handmade, customized, or intimate items such as jewelry.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services—including images, text, designs, logos, and products—is owned by OSHA, its affiliates, or licensors. You may use our Services only for personal purposes. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

We may provide links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Access third-party sites at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
OSHA is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase. You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with OSHA.
SECTION 10 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback you provide grants OSHA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify it. You confirm you have rights to submit the feedback and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All items are handmade and sold as-is. While we take care in crafting each piece, we do not guarantee perfection or exact uniformity. Use of our Services and products is at your own risk.
SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OSHA is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data. This applies to all claims related to your use of the Services or products purchased.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not harass, spam, infringe intellectual property, upload viruses, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
