Thank you for choosing OSHA. Every piece in our shop is handmade in small scale, created slowly and thoughtfully. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.


1. Nature of Our Products

All OSHA creations, including miyuki beadwork, embroidered pieces, and knitted items, are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind.

Because of the artisanal process:

  • slight variations in colors, bead tones, fabric, or stitching are normal

  • small irregularities may appear due to hand embroidery or hand assembly

  • these variations are part of the charm of handmade work and are not considered defects

Each piece is delicate and should be handled with care.
For the longevity of your jewelry, we kindly recommend:

  • avoiding strong pulling or tension

  • keeping pieces away from seawater, perfumes, and prolonged humidity

These precautions help preserve the beauty and durability of your handmade item.

When purchasing from OSHA, you are choosing a unique, carefully crafted piece.


2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

Custom or personalized pieces require full payment upfront before work begins.

Please review your order carefully before confirming, as changes may not be possible afterward.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees may apply depending on destination.


3. Production Time

Because each piece is made by hand, processing times may vary.
During busy periods (especially holidays), production may take a little longer.

You will always be informed if a delay is expected.


4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Italy using registered carriers with tracking.

Once the parcel is handed to the carrier:

  • risk of loss or delay transfers to the customer

  • shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

Carriers such as Poste Italiane or La Poste (Colissimo) may occasionally experience delays or issues beyond our control.

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, we will open a claim with the carrier and assist you to the best of our ability.

Temporary Restriction – Shipping to the USA

At this time, due to international logistical and political restrictions,
we do not ship to the United States.
Orders placed from the USA cannot be processed.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade, delicate, and often created on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following situations:

  • the item arrived damaged during shipping

  • an error was made in your order by us

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

with photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and propose a fair solution (repair, replacement when possible, or refund).

Important

Handmade variations (color differences, bead tones, tiny stitching irregularities, or other artisan nuances) are not defects and are not eligible for return.


6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the EU and your purchase is not custom or personalized, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, provided that:

  • the item is unworn, unused, and in perfect condition

  • original packaging is included

  • return shipping is at your expense

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are excluded from this right, as permitted by EU law.


7. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with OSHA, you agree to:

  • provide accurate shipping and contact information

  • ensure that someone can receive the package

  • review your order carefully before payment

  • understand that handmade variations are inherent to artisan pieces
