Shipping policy
1. OUR PRODUCTS
All items sold by OSHA are handmade, unique, and artisanal. Each piece may have slight variations in color, pattern, fabric, beads, or stitching, which are normal and not defects. These differences make every item one-of-a-kind.
2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

During busy periods, preparation may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed with the tracking number.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely handled via Shopify.

You confirm at checkout that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship with tracked carriers to EU countries. Please note: At this time, we do not ship to the United States due to international shipping restrictions. Orders from the USA cannot be processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer, even if tracking is available. We ship all orders with tracking and, for valuable items, recommend requiring a signature upon delivery. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Refunds for lost or undelivered parcels will only be processed after verification with the carrier.

If a package is lost or damaged, contact us immediately at intrecci.osha@gmail.com. We will assist with the carrier claim, but refunds are subject to carrier verification.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All OSHA pieces are handcrafted and delicate, and many are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please note that small variations in color, beads, stitching, or fabric are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or if there has been an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at intrecci.osha@gmail.com, with photos. We will be happy to help find a fair solution.
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized, made-to-order, or intimate items such as jewelry.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
7. TRACKING

All orders include a tracking number.
